How does it work? It can’t be same for everyone. It’s pure science. It depends on the goal you have in your mind. There is no shortcut to losing weight. You have to be patient, consistent to get the result you really want. We hear often, Bodybuilding is about 70% diet & 30 % exercise. I would say, It’s 50 % of both. But you have to be 100% determined to make it happen.If you want to make it a lifestyle, Wanna fit forever. Don’t go for weight loss surgery or any shortcut. Yes, it depends on the condition. But if you are having a scope to lose weight or building muscles. Try to do it naturally, Which is possible if you do it in the right direction.
